United Kingdom: All orders will be sent by Royal Mail track & signed for service.
European Countries: Orders sent by Royal Mail/Courier. The most cost effect tract & signed for service will be used. Please contact me for further information.
International: Orders are sent via Tracked & Insured International Royal Mail/Courier signed for services.

RETURNS/DAMAGED ORDERS
ALL bespoke orders are non-returnable. You are consulted throughout the whole process including a beginning and final photogragh to ensure you are happy with the final product.
Once I despatch your order the responsibility for it's safe delivery is out of my hands. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and send a photo of the damaged package/item(s).
You may be required to return the damaged item(s), at your cost, in order to process any refund or replacement.
Each individual case will determine the best solution for that situation. Where possible you will be offered a replacement, a refund or vouchers.
