1 ENQUIRY FORM Start by completing the enquiry form with details about yourself and your wedding/event. I aim to get back to you within 24hrs-48 hours. 2 QUOTE If we seem a good match, I will prepare a preliminary plan incorporating the key elements of your vision with clear costing. 3 BOOKING If you're satisfied that I have correctly understood and captured your vision and you want to proceed, I ask you to sign a contract and pay a non-refundable deposit which will be used towards your final bill. A deposit is required to secure your date. |

CREATING YOUR VISION
1 PURCHASE FLOWERS I hand select all the flowers and products to ensure they are of the highest quality. I focus on one booking at a time in order to give the care and attention you deserve. 2 DESIGN I design your bouquet and send you a photo. I request your feedback, and any amendments you desire will be incorporated in the design at this stage. If you want to add to your order, this is possible. 3 COMPLETED ORDER You will receive a photo of your completed order, with any agreed amendments, prior to despatch for your approval. I will be contactable throughout the process |
DespatchDESPATCH DETAILS
1 TIMESCALE I create your arrangements and despatch them to you in the agreed timescale. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks. 2 PACKAGING Your items will be wrapped in layers of tissue paper and within protective packaging. 3 POSTAL SERVICE All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery track & signed for service. International orders by Tracked & Insured International Royal Mail. (Remember to check your country's customs process, including additional postal fees for which YOU WILL BE LIABLE) |
RETURNS/DAMAGED ORDERS
ALL bespoke orders are non-returnable. You are consulted throughout the whole process including a beginning and final photogragh to ensure you are happy with the final product.
Once I despatch your order the responsibility for it's safe delivery is out of my hands. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and send a photo of the item(s). You may be required to return the damaged item(s), at your cost, in order to process your replacement or refund.
Each individual case will be considered to find the appropriate solution for that specific situation.
Where possible you will be sent a replacement, refund or vouchers.
